Help! It says "Command not found".

You probably need to be in the correct folder. Type pwd to see where you are. Type ls (Mac) or dir (Windows) to see if picoclaw is in the list.

It says "Permission denied".

On Mac/Linux, you forgot to make it executable. Run: chmod +x picoclaw-darwin-arm64 (or whatever your file is named).

It doesn't reply.

Check your API Key in config.json. Does it start with sk-? Did you save the file? Do you have credits/money in your OpenAI/DeepSeek account?

How do I stop it?

Press Ctrl + C in the terminal to stop the program.

Is this really free?

The software (PicoClaw) is free. However, the AI service you connect to (like OpenAI) might charge you for usage. DeepSeek is very cheap, offering millions of tokens for a dollar.
